I just had my new Kroma Z delivered today. This thing is great. I am using the 1.6 coil at 10 watts. I am using the regular airflow ring almost totally shut off, and its about the same vape as the beep with airflow almost shut down. I like it better than the beep because it is light weight. To me that was the only thing holding the beep back, was the weight of it. I tried the precision mtl airflow ring, but it was too tight. The vape did not seem that smooth, seemed like it needed a bit more air to perform correctly. I know there is a lot of z coil devices out there now, but for a small compact device, that does not weigh much, with a 3000 mah battery, it truly is hard to beat. I love the fire bar, reminds me of the older sinious p80. This will finally put my justfog mini fit to bed, as I have been waiting for something small that vapes like a pod from innokin using the z coils. Well done Phil, Dimi and Innokin! I just ordered a 2nd one just to have a back up, I am assuming 3000 mah on 10 watts should get me through a day. If you want a smaller, not a true pod with different coils and airflow options, I suggest this kit.

This thing is great. My first full day with it, and I am have not used even half the battery at 10 watts. I had to drive a lot for work today, so it was used heavily. I know many people may not vape on the 1.6 at 10 watts like me, but for mtl vaper, this is an awesome device. This is honestly the first non true pod system that I have used in years. I tried using the zlide on a tarot nano, but I could not get the same vape I am getting off of this. I do not know what the difference is being the same coil, the air flow must be working better for me out of the kroma z. I did put my zlide drip tip on it, much better than on the ones provided in the kit in my opinion.
I love my Kroma-Z. Been using the 0.8 ohm coils and they produce great flavor! Airflow just past halfway open (I like loose MTL) Haven't tried the 0.3 ohm coil yet.
I've read this thread with interest as I was looking for a Pod/Mod which'd use Z coils, as I've retired my Nautilus Minis and majored on Zeniths and Zlides and stocked up on coils for these.
There are times when smaller neater devices are what you need and the battery life you have highlighted sounds brilliant to me - I tend to use the 1.6 Zenith coils at around 8 -10 watts with 16 strength juice and this rig seems like it could fill the bill for me.

Payday's not til the 21st for me, but I'll be ordering one then. Thankfully I'm in the UK and so far we are not projected to have the Mail Ban you guys are in for though Paypal is closing Vape Suppliers Accounts here too.

I can't really answer your question, I vape unflavored. The device itself is still great. Still my daily vape and have ordered a couple more before the US mail ban hits. I think the z coils are rated best with 50/50, but I think I remember Phil Busardo saying they can take up to 70 vg. I also assume it matters on which z coils you use, I use the original mtl 1.6 ohm
