Ok, I got this mod yesterday. So far I am impressed, ok wait impressed doesn't even begin to cover it. This mod is amazing. Some of the reviews I read before buying have the same 4 problems.

1) fingerprint magnet: I got the camo green model. There are no fingerprint problems on this color. If you are worried about fingerprints, don't get chrome. So that's one con down

2) the ring below the carto moves: I got the second version. If you do plan on buying this, make sure you ask the vendor if this ring is stationary. Innokin took the bad review into consideration and made the ring stationary. This gets rid of another problem; bad ohm reading. Without the wiggle the mood reads perfect.

3) wiggle in the carto: once again with the new ring no more problem.

4) weight: now this hasn't been fixed. But honestly I like the weight. It doesn't feel cheap at all. It feels solid and there are no loose fittings or anything to make you feel as if you didn't get your money's worth.

The tank that comes with it is surprisingly good. I'm not a fan of top Fed tanks but this one is great.

All in all, I'm honestly in love. I would recommend this to anyone.

What are the best batteries for the VTR? Plan to buy one. I was thinking about the Panasonic 3400 but read some discussions about using hi drain batteries. Was thinking the Panasonic 2900 hi-drain.

I just ordered UltraFire BRC 18650 3.7V "4000mAh" Li-ion Batteries Battery - Black + Golden (Pair) from Amazon for $8...Scheduled to arrive today...I am so excited...LOL

I thank Baditude's excellent advice on batteries (http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...4-question-about-itaste-vtr.html#post11709776). That guy is obviously an expert! The first of my two new Panasonic NCR18650PF 2900mAh High Drain 10A IMR batteries finally discharged down below 3.61 volts today (as indicated by the VTR's battery status indicator lighting up "red") after 5 days of intermittent use, or about 7-8 ml's of juice since Friday afternoon (I always vape 24mg/ml juice, so I don't chain-vape). Not too shabby, eh?

That's really good battery life on my opinion. I have a 3400 mah battery I usually use in my vtr and it usually lasts me around 3 days. But I do vape a lot so it's expected. I must say I love my vtr but I hate the atty guard on the top, it's too small. I'm trying to find a way to remove it so I can fit atties bigger then 20mm. But regardless it's a nice mod that hits quite hard compared to other regulated mods

Vape on, vape always, vape life!
