Before I decided to purchase a kit from InnoVapor I called them to find out a little bit more about their product, mainly their e-liquid. Mark was extremely helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. I then did buy a kit from them. It shipped out same day, with free shipping, and was here in two days. Now that is what I call quality service. If anyone is looking for a reliable supplier then I would highly reccommend InnoVapor. Awesome company. A+
