I'm trying to determine a couple of averages. Since we all vary, your help would be appreciated:


1: What is your average time from depressing the button on your device until you let up on it? I'd like to say average draw time, but that isn't fully accurate, as some may depress the button before they begin to draw.

2: What is your average rest time in between letting off on the button and then depressing it again for your next draw?

3: List what Resistance, Voltage and atomizer you are using on the above listed times

1) Depress button about 5 seconds/draw
2) Rest about 10 seconds in between draws, if not, more...that is a minimum
3) Low resistance (think 1.9 ohms), 306, 3.7 V

1. Anywhere from 2 to 5 seconds, depending on atty and voltage

2. Rest time: 3 to 10 seconds. My vaping sessions consist of 4-5 draws every 10-15 mintes.

3. Resistance/Voltage combos:

2-3 second draw: HH.357 1.5 ohm at "3.7V" on P16 w/ AW IMR and P18 w/ AW 2600 mah batt
3-4 second draw: IKV HV 306 3.5ish ohm at "6V" on P18 and PS V3 w/ AW LiFePO4 batts
3-4 second draw: IKV 510 Gold V2 Carto 2.5 ohm in a Liquinator on ProVari between 4.8 - 5.2V loaded
3-4 second draw: Joye 510 2.3 ohm on ProVari between 5.0 - 5.3V loaded
4-5 second draw: IKV HV 801 Mini 3.5ish ohm at "6V" on P18 and PS V3 and between 5.5 - 6.0V on ProVari

So, whatcha up to?

I usually hold the button for a second before I draw, and then take a 5-8 second drag at 3.7v with LR atties.

Same process with higher voltage and resistance, but usually the higher the voltage the shorter the draw.

I try to wait at least 5 seconds between, but sometimes I chain vape lol.

Cisco 306 at 1.5 ohms 3-4 secs with 20-30 secs between all at 3.7 volt (P18/16)
Boge 1.5 ohm carto 5-7 secs with 20-30 secs between with P10.

1. I have an unusual method of draw i guess:

I draw about 5 seconds filling my mouth, take a short inhale, and as some vapor is escaping from my nose, I'm drawing again into mouth, short inhale... maybe do that one more time. If i don't let off the button in between, it's a pretty long button press for sure.
If i do let off the button in between mouthfuls, then they are short 5 second button presses.

In fact, if I am using my Provari's, the short presses will activate the PU (power up) feature (5 clicks) and I'm going up in voltage!
If I use my Buzz Pro VV, no problemo.
The Vari is good for the long presses btw.

I use 2.8 to 3.0 Ohm SR 901 attys mostly.

I bet you'll disregard this one huh? too unusual?
I wonder what kind of draw you'd call it?

Well whatever you're up to, I'm sure your gadget will outlast any atty or attachment that will go on your gadget so I wouldn't be too worried man lol..

Na, usually about 4 second draws here with LR 1.5 ohm atties 3.7v but that length changes depending on the charge of the battery. Fully charged my drags are shorter and gradually get longer as the battery dies down.

For me its about 4 secs at 3.7v with either 1.5ohm 306 or 1.7ohm 901 atties - I leave big (30secs or more) gaps between draws as I vape at 30mg strength...

1 - 4 to 6 seconds draw
2- kinda short resting. 10 to 30 seconds before next hit
3- usually run a standard 1.5oHms atty at circa 3.8V under load (fresh IMR)

1 - 5 - 7 Second draw, drawing as soon as the button is depressed.
2 - Usually a 5 - 10 second rest period.
3 - 6volts, 3.5ohm 306 atty.

lol, i think i breathe as much as i vape ... when i'm vaping... good grief~
I press and mouth inhale (as i'm exhaling through my nose) holding the press quick inhale into my lungs, and do this about 3 or 4 times, tryin got get as much on the mouth inhale as possible.
Sometimes i'll let go of the trigger when i lung inhale for a split second and press again with each mouth inhale.

anybody do it like this? it seems natural to a fiend...~

for 2: no rest just kidding. rest is about 5-15 sec
for 3 :3.7 with 1.5 - 2.0 with 510 Boge cartomiser and 306 for dripping

If it matters, lately I forget to inhale and vape like I smoked Pipe. Was not planned though

At regular resistance and voltage-5-7 seconds (typically on a 510 on the Precise or Slim with those 10440's), using low resistance 801 atomizers 4-6 seconds on 14500 IMR's, using a high resistance 801 on stacked IMR CR123's 4-5 seconds max.

Anywhere between 10 -30 second gap
Always 3.7v atties vary, right now a Bulli A2.

3: 4.5/5 standard 306/510 Boge cartomiser or 801 Fusion
