it really depends on what flavors you like. if you like tobacco that sounds ok to me. you might need to adjust the percentage of tobacco to get what you like.. good luck!
I'm not familiar with that flavoring from TPA. The only flavoring I use from there that has tobacco in the name is TA. (Which at 20% would kick my rump and leave me crying in the corner.)
I'd agree that you'd want to start at 3ml or so and see how it goes. I have yet to find a single tobacco flavor that gives me everything I want and end up using multiple flavorings. (I'm probably in the minority so take my tobacco advise in that light.)
However I would really like to read about your experiment results. So please keep us informed on the results!

Might want to experiment with some tobacco absolute, seedmans tobacco flavorings and Ethyl maltol.

I'm curious about using the tobacco absolute. I have Perfumers Apprentice tobacco absolute diluted in PG which to my understanding is a 10% mix with 1/4 tsp ethyl maltol. I put a drop of the TA on the atty to see what it tastes like, but I still don't know exactly how I'm going to mix this yet. I don't have any other tobacco flavors to experiment with at the moment, so I think I'll try some fruity flavors and see what happens.

Actually, I was careful not to inhale it and took tiny little puffs. It was a little more harsh than vapin a dry atty. After I added a couple of drops of my vape juice it gave it a nice flavor.
