I am currently on day 4 and well, the title fits it well. I have never been so sore in my life. It hurts to walk, stand up, even lay my legs flat. I've been eating better and I hope to make it all 60 days. Even though it is extremely hard and the 30 minutes after the workout consist of dry heaving on the floor, its a good hurt and I feel better about myself after every video. I'd like to keep up with my progress here as a motivator.
Ill be posting more as I continue down this long road. Hopefully this thread will keep me going no matter how hard it gets! I will post more about myself later but I am on my phone at the moment.
