I think vinyl window stickers are better than bumper stickers only due to the fact that almost all bumpers now have a plastic cover over them. Peeling old stickers off plastic can be a pain, even with WD40.
I'd like to get one of the green "e" ones though.

I like that ... the idea could also be combined with some other suggestions, ie the picture and something like:

(The above could be catchier but I like the concept ... and I really liked the "vaping works" suggestion someone had)

Not to make it too complicated, but it was obviously a Mark Twain quote altered to say I was avoiding death by not smoking, and avoiding taxes by not paying the sin tax on cigarettes. Not trying to say I was evading or trying to avoid paying actual personal taxes. At first sight it could be misleading. Just thought it was clever, perhaps could be better worded.

Simply by switching to vg from pg you'll get lots more vapor and you won't be able to see the slogan.
