Hello,

Lately I have been having a bit of an issue with the battery not coming out as it usually does. This time the oring came out with the battery and i had to give it a few bumps against my hand to wiggle the battery out. I was wondering if maybe I was using the wrong o-ring (it was never changed from the original I got it sent with for a protected 18650). Also when I screw on the top cap there is a bit of resistance, im not sure if it is supposed to seal completely very easily or it must be moved that extra bit to ensure a really tight seal on all ends. So, basically my question is what is the best way to get the oring into the tube, and is there supposed to be an extra pressure needed to screw on the top cap with the oring, or should it very easily screw all the way shut.

Also, take what I call "extra pressure" with a grain of salt, I'm comparing this to a very easy no resistance screwing on.

Clean the Oring and reinsert by pushing it down in with the battery until it bottoms out. There should be resistance the last half turn or so as it compresses the oring, so you are good to go there :)
