Insomnia on zero nic?

I was smoking about a pack of American Spirits blue everyday. And I've been having a couple of cigarettes in the evening especially before bed, after putting the vape down, so I'm pretty confident its, not withdrawal. I'm at about 14 watts, with the 3 milligram, so it definitely doesn't seem like I should be overdoing it. Especially after giving myself a break of four or five hours before going to bed.

I'm going to be honest. Please don't take it personally.

I feel sure 3mg @ 14w is some sort of withdrawal (a few smokes or not).

American S' Blue = 16mg before smoking. 1.8mg tested yield by robot (which is less than real world). Basically, you have been smoking 2mg cigarettes.

I don't know the answers to your exact situation, but if you are thinking 3mg liquid is going to match a 1 PAD habit, my original suggestion about vaping at high power or vaping non-stop 24/7 will apply.

You body is used to 40mg per day. You are giving yourself almost no chance with 3mg.
If you want to stubbornly stick it out and go cold turkey with Zero Nic' just do it... :)
everybody on here would support and congratulate you - have no doubt. I mean that... it's your 'chance' now to quit those nasty tubes of tobacco.

We love Vaping, but we also love a winner and somebody strong enough to quit smokes then vaping if they can do it.

Vape on. :)

Just an update. For starters, im pretty sure what happened was I filled up a tank with Nic juice, not 0 Nic. Hence the insomnia when I thought I was vaping 0 Nic. But instead of going up I went down and cut that 3 mil into 1.5 and brought it down throughout the day, and success. I must have vastly overestimated how much nicotine I was previously consuming, I also vastly underestimated how long it stays in my system.

How much did you smoke? Do the math try and figure out what you were getting or get from the Killer Sticks and compare what you estimate you are taking in now. I also suggest getting down and dirty and quit the smokes altogether. Like the TV commercial says a cigarette has 7,000 chemicals maybe it isn't just the nicotine alone you need wean off? Only my :2c::2c: cents buddy and Good Luck!
