I have been vaping for two years and recently had bouts of insomnia. Too much nic, I guess.

I toss and turn all night, fidgety, miserable. I vaped 18 during the day, and so switched to 12 and then 6 at night, even 0 nic.

But now it seems I'm getting nic withdrawal, just like smoking withdrawal, and all the horrible side effects.

It seems I need\want the nic just like smoking analogs, but the insomnia is really bad. But cutting down the nic is causing other problems.

Opinions?

thanks

Why do you think the insomnia is caused by the vaping now, if you've been vaping for 2 years without insomnia? Could it be something else? Stress? Lack of exercise? Foods? Alcohol - either more or less than before?

Has anything else in your life changed recently that might coincide with the insomnia?

Excellent points and it does cause me to wonder. There is new family stress, which does not help at all.
