Trying to wind down for a minute before going back to bed. The CO alarm went off in my apartment today. After the city Fire Chief being here for two hours investigating, and taking readings, turns out the hot water heater needs to be replaced. The A/C in the utility closet was blowing the CO thru the apartment. The hot water heater is shut off now, and the CO readings are at 0ppm. Things that make you

Can you straighten 1 wrap from each side? Doesn't matter too much for the regulated but on the pulse it would work great with 5 wraps.

I bought another one at Home Depot this morning. It plugs into a wall outlet, and has battery backup. An hour after I went to bed this morning its alarm sounded. The display said 299ppm, that's when I called the fire dept., the fire chief was a really good guy, nice to see what some of my city taxes go to. Anyway, i'm gunna try and go back to bed.

Yeah when it is time to change the pulse I may try that I think I maybe ordering some ss Clapton wire spool soon
