No I haven't. You just have to shave a bit of the plastic where it is cutout beneath the back panel. People have posted about it online.

Nope, modding for 21700 fits is working out well for most. Little filing does the trick.
You aren't messing with anything onthe circuit. Only the plastic body.
For that device. Many are filing the contacts so the 21700 fits for height. TAC 21 is a good example but not the first.
