Yeah they do. It is my one complaint. It isn't too bad though. Heard about the deck design before. The industry has a long history of shady stuff happening.

Ebay. Guy is a great seller. He ran out of the green for the second dispenser and offered me any color of my choice plus a refund. I like the clear as much as the green actually. He has purple too. I'm on the phone now but left a link on the picture of your setup thread. I'll post the link here after I eat.
Will also accommodate double wraps easily.
