Love my KA claptons. High resistance and good surface area. Mine are 26/32 and 4 wrap parallel is .3 ohms. You would do good with 26/30 5 wrap duals, me thinks. (Non parallel). For a dual parallel I would probably try 28/32 with 5 wraps. Might go through batteries fast but it should be amazing.
Why can't you use Ni80? Nothing wrong with kanthal, just curious.
I am using the tube from my iJoy Limitless coils ATM lol Works really good though.
