I imagine it's all pretty strong. Peppermint doesn't mess around. I was thinking about .5% would be plenty. I use the Creme de Menthe at1.5% and it is pretty strong, and it's 3 different flavors. I remember Loranns from a few years back. Do they still sell it? Haven't heard about them lately.

I would imagine they will be around forever.
They are pretty much the go-to for baking and candies.

LorAnn flavorings are still available but the only place I could find peppermint was at retail grocery stores. It is an oil. TFA and Flavorah get good ratings but they are more candy cane/starlight mint than just peppermint.
