Plastic is lighter and stronger.Just sayin. I was amazed at how light the Pulse was. I have dropped it a dozen times and not a scratch. I took the Minikin out one time and droppex it getting out of the car and messed the bottom up. It stays safe at home now.Doubt it, chatted with Jay a bit about it. Will wait for someone to release a regulated metal one. Jay might have mentioned I was hard to please.

The story behind that... I was coming home from work Sat. Night/Sun. Morning and a guy laid down his motorcycle. The bike was broken up all over the road. The guy wasn't moving. At first I thought he was dead. He was being treated by one of the security guards from one of the hotels. I asked if they called 911 and they had. I hung out until the police got there and directed traffic around. After a few minutes he was sitting up on his own. I could barely see them when i was driving because they were in the shadow of an overpass so I parked my car where they wouldnt get hit.
When I jumped out of the car my Minikin fell ouf and pieces of it went everywhere. The door almost got hit by a car. I got it all back and put it together it is a bit beat up but thankfully it still works.
I drop lightweight mods, I need the heft to feel it's there. Much as I appreciated the 30w isticks they were a nightmare to carry, especially out and about; sturdy little suckers fortunately.
Light, heavy, cheap, expensive, I drop 'em all. I am an equal opportunity destroyer
Next time I will get the purple if it will make it easier.. That was a ..... to build. It is set up more for single coil builds I think. It has a chamber reducer for single builds. But nope it has room for 2 coils so it is gonna get 2 coils.
It will be a really shiny day tomorrow. My DR, and other stuff order will be delivered, as well as my battery wraps, insulators, and battery cases. Whoo!

For that price, I was thinking of getting two.
Other than the Rabbit clone those are all velocity decks. I prefer RDAs like the Drop and Rabbit where tou load the coils from the top. They are much easier to build on. If you want a velocity style, the Yun is on sale for $4. I will find you the link. It is a BAF 25mm and fits some BIG coils in it.
