Took the car for oil change. They want to change the gaskets on the timing chain cover for$1600. I don't mind if it leaks a little oil. I can almost buy a new engine for that much.
Yes they do. On the first try, I had to remove one of the coils because it was barely firing. I found out the coil wasn't making enough contact in the post, repositioning and re-tightening fixed that.
Not too bad coils either. The package rated the claptons at .19ohm, so .23 isn't that bad. I also turned down the wattage to 30w, seems like the current happy spot.

You do get a lot more out of your wattage with rebuildables.
At the same 59.5 watts on my sub-ohm tank, the flavor is alot more muted, even at 80w where I usually run.
