It offered. I didn't do it. I tried last time and when I selected with nicotine it was full price at checkout. If I have to add nic I might as well make it. The stores around here always send stuff about e liquid specials. I have a half gallon plus nic for another gallon in the freezer so I don't pay attention. I make it just the way I want it. The Premium juices are usually too sweet for my tastes and have PG which I am allergic to. Wish I could credit the free juice to you.
