Instructions missing

I've just bought JETS set and after my fist e-cig (m403 from Prosmoke) im very pleased, its marvelous product and i've been happy vaping. But i have some simple problems witch i guess can be solved through this forum:
1. In my JETS set, there is no manual. Product description states that i should have one. This is not a serious problem, but i would like to have some pdf or any digital format of manual, because i have never used such tank system before, and i'm not sure how refill and maintenance works. Could You please provide me with link to downloadable brochure or something?
2. After two days of happy usage, i have somehow managed to loose one of those silicone mouthpieces. shop does not sell these. Where can i get some? Do they come with atomizers? Its ok, even without it, trouble not so bad, but still, where do people get those? They are very useful when overflow happen and also its a matter of hygene.
3. I would like to note, that i've been given an extra fluid bottle as a present, it is a very pleasant surprise. Your good will is noticed. Thank You!

Hello Lauraiss and welcome to ECF. I believe that if you go to the Janty website at - Janty World Electronic Cigarettes - E-liquids - E-Cig you can find a manual there and leave a question at their website ... I imagine they also sell mouthpieces. Good luck to you! (Heck! I don't even know where Latvia is!)

Hi Jackiej5407, thanks for hint. Latvia is Northern Europe. Here only one shop sells Ego cigs and it is 130$ for a basic set. Imagine my happiness of finding Janty wich is EU company. Also, it's funny, but i've just opened one of refill bottles for a first time, just right after posting this and everything got clear. They do have this very small tip of bottle that fits exactly the hole in the tank. Have'nt seen such before, now thats self explanatory.
About Janty shop, i have looked through, they do not sell mouthpieces only, they are not displayed in any pictures, that is why i have posted this question.

This ,40X was not purchased from Janty. I did not know Janty forum was actually not theirs own but about all ecigs. I just followed forum link at their website, and it took me here. I thought its Janty only forum so that is why i did not mentioned i am talking about Janty JETS. Sorry.

Well Welcome, country of Latvia! Type in "drip tips" into a google search, and it will bring up many internet companies that sell them. (Drip tip would be the same as what you are calling a "mouthpiece"). And I think your ability to write in English is great! Remember to post any and all questions you have on this forum. There is always someone who can help you out.
