Are you considered a Non-Smoker for life insurance?

I have read that most companies will not consider you for non smoking rates until you have been nic free (no vaping either, unless you are vaping no nic at all) for a year or two!!! Plthhhhhhhhh. Bummer!

been vaping since june, but have to pay the tobacco rates. Any detection of nicotine at all automatically labels you a tobacco user.
