Intellicaherger i2 that came with vamo question

Hi everyone, when I purchased my Vamo 3 from fasttech I also received the Intellicaherger i2 with it. When I place a battery to charge the first light flashes in yellow, then turns to constant yellow and the second light starts flashing. When all 3 lights turn yellow does that mean it is done charging? Wasn't sure if the charger lights turn off when charging is complete or when all 3 turn yellow.

According to the instructions for the i4 intellicharger (which I have), when all are solid yellow, battery is fully charged. Gotta believe it would be the same for the i2.
