so i just got some new 401 carts from eSmokershop and they look like the Evo carts described - plaform bottom, "firmer" filler material, and seem a bit larger. got like 8 drops on the bottom and 4 on top. they're also flat on the sides like 901 carts.
they also fit tighter and give a harder draw, seems like a lil more vapor and do need more frequent topping. they also stop before fully sliding onto the atty and sort of "click" on the rest of the way. if you don't give this final push, there's a little gap between the rim of the cart and the atty kinda like the Sidesho (improved 401 from Modern Vapor) and draw a little easier if you don't force it the rest of the way. haven't tried an Evo atty on my 401 yet, but am wondering if these carts will fit the same way or if they'll fit that more naturally. not sure if i'm supposed to push it that last bit or not, but it feels like what might be happening is the atty bridge forcing apart the sides of the cart a bit, not sure, but the "click" happens even if i align the bridge lengthwise with the flat sides of the cart.
