I sent the first one back and the second seems to be doing great! It still appears the switch in pealing away from the stick but its much better than the first one! Still doesn't activate sometimes but not too often to be annoying hehe! I am grabbing a GG on payday so I should be all set with the Stick and GG!

I've been vaping an Evo all day today - I'm really impressed! does anyone know which of the Ecopure PV liquids is the equivalent of the liquid in the carts?

Best,

C.

Hi Caesarea,

I'm afraid that my answer is that I don't believe that there is an equivalent. I have tried three of the Ecopure liquids and love them all - but to me none of them taste as good as the carts do. I might be out of date as I got my Ecopure liquid a month or so ago and I believe that they have changed their formulae since then.

Wonder if anyone else knows...? It's a very pleasant vape.
I have a small supply of the new Ecopure, but I'm saving it for the rainy days that might blow in on the westerly winds....

Best,

I've never tried the eco-pure, just using the evo carts and dripping a little riskee (although i should try dipping i heard), but based on igetcha's utube review of the ecopure i dont think that any of them are the same as the carts =(

I too am topping the carts off with zero Riskee....very soothing! :)
Thanks for the info, tsb.

I've only tried the Regular and Rich flavours. Personally I prefer the regular, I don't find the Rich tastes 'rich' at all - slightly bland in fact. I like the fact the Regular is colourless too.

The carts aren't made by Intellicig, so I don't know what flavour they are. They are PG though, as opposed to the VG based Ecopure, so that'll make some difference in taste.

I like the Ecopure though, the vapour's excellent and it has very few additives. And it's manufactured about 20 miles from my house, so that's reassuring somehow as well. :)

I don't understand why alot of people say not to buy from US site. The prices are a little higher but they have to pay to have them shipped here but faster shipping results from that. Plus if you spend over 99$ you get free shipping most people should spend that much anyway to avoid having to buy again and pay more shipping then there is a chance you will be without while you wait on your shipping. They also offer ten percent off right now so by the time you got your ten percent off and free shipping there is barlely any difference in price and you get it twice as fast. Think about it and do the research.

Another thing is nobody is perfect so your going to get faulty products here and there so do you really want to wait a week or more to get your replacement or run out of filters or ecopure and wait for over a week when you need it soon? I don't understand some people that's why they launched a US site. Plus Frank at intellicig knows everthing about his products and offers great customer service. I talk to him often and he always resoponds fast and takes care of busniess. He made my buying experince worth the while I feel like every penny I spent was spent well.

The Evo in my opinion is the best 401 on the market is has unbelivable battery life I usally get 8-10 hrs out of each one. The offer a great throat hit and are very capeablr of producing lots of vapor. I don't understand how people can't rate there e cig with numbers well the vapor and throat hit anyway the type of e liquid plays a big role in vapor production and throat hit and the evo is very capeabe of producing both. It is the closeest thing to smoking a analog cig the evo is great! And another thing that people complain about is the cut off if it weren't for that your atomizer wouldn't be the longest lasting on the market.

Anways checkout the US site frank offers rize e liquid and the marlboro flavor is the best I've ever had. It taste like the evo prefilled filters but a little more bold.

I'm sorry but I've got the evo from intellicig and it produces just basic low production even less than an ultra light analog cig, then I got the 510 and it rocks !!! The evo sucks as far as I'm concerned, I drip in my own flavor and the taste is not there, the 510 really gives much better flavor, and of course throat hit and vapor. I once thought the evo would be good for daily hits but after the 510, it's really worthless to me. I don't understand why so many people are making such a big deal about the evo - it's nothing special.. !!!!

Ok, I'll this out by saying, I still have never owned an E-Cig, I am searching for answers and good information, I dont want anyone giving **** about "The 510 manual is better or try the m401" I have already have plenty o' earful on these sort of comments. IMO its not which is better but which is prefered by a particular person and what suits them the most. I have sat here for 30 minutes reading the first 15 pages of this thread to only get about a page of useful information on this product. To much squable between Igetcha etc. on him working for evo, blah, blah, blah, I personally dont give rats ... who he works for or what anyone else thinks about him for that matter. I just want some good solid answers without reading 20 pages of garbage.:D

So you guys know the E-Cigs that I have been juggling around as for my first e-cig have been the m401, DSE103-101, DSE 84MM, DSE901, and RN4081. The RN4081 and m401 seem to impress me the most, coming in with a good price tag and good replacement part prices etc...I am alot like Igetcha in a sense of I want my first E-Cig to look like an analog and feel like an analog, as I want to feel comfortable using it, in public around people, at home etc.

 The first thing I have noticed upon looking at the US website is the prices are much higher than any other e-cig I have looked at in general. If Im going to spend that kind of money I want the dang thing to work good. The bat life is supposed to be wonderful, and supposedly doesnt stick on like most others, could someone elaborate on this please?

:confused:The next thing I have noticed is the atomizers are $20 a pop . I also noticed the US site claims they (assuming you take care of it) last 12,000+ inhalations. Can someone that has had one for awhile confirm or comment on this?

:confused:Zack mentioned that the cartridges have a rubber type feel to them making it easier to hold in mouth, I like that, but I have also noticed that you cant buy blank carts...Can the prefilled ones be reused? If so can they take E-Liquid? This confuses me after seeing Igetchas video on what I assume was the EVO...

:confused:I have also noticed people saying to stay away from the US site, and order from the UK site only. Being that the EVO is based out of the UK I would naturally assume to order from the UK site, but if theres a US site that would be more convenient and is just as trustworthy then to me that seems like it would be more ideal. SO is the US site still not a good idea to order from or has it improved? Is it an official site yet? Can anyone give good feedback on ordering from the US site?

:confused:The biggest question I have is about what Zack states on the draw of the EVO..."At first i had some trouble getting used to the intellicig, but i realized after a day or two that, basically, the intellicig is designed to smoke like a real cigarette." Since I have never owned an E-Cig and dont know what your average or basic draw is supposed to feel like, then I guess my question is, How close to it feeling like your drawing off an actual cigarette is it? Is it something that is hard to get used to or so similar it will quickly become second nature? Could someone please ellaborate on this?

With all the above being said and hopeing I get good answers, It seems to me so far, that if I spend the little extra doe on the EVO I will not only be satisfied but I will have a great starter E-Cig that will last me for a long time to come. The prices of replacement parts is what Im stuck on so much, the kit is double what I would pay for the m401 or DSE103 as well as parts being nearly triple or quadruple the price of the two above mentioned aswell. It also seems that they dont make any type of PCC or carry case specific for the EVO, aswell seems your limited to the amount of places you can charge your batterys. I guess it all boils down to if Im going to spend this much money I want to be for sure, hands down Im getting a truley good product that will satisfy my nictotine craveings and pocket book. I want to quite analogs for health reasons and money reasons as well, especially seeing that the price per pack just keeps going up and up and up.

Last thing, A BIG THANKS to whomever actually sits down and reads/answers my questions! :)

I am an Evo user, and I use it excclusively and heavily. In six months, I haven't lost a single EVO battery.

I did lose 2 attys within the first 2 weeks - but these were both my fault.... 1 down to newbie user error, and the other one I snapped the bridge off! Other than that, I have only lost one atty.

The one I am vaping from at the moment is 5.5+ months old and is still vaping perfectly.

I did try other brands / generic M40x, but didn't find them as good personally. My other half and I have retired the non-EVO parts that we own.

I have used a Titan, and it's not for me. I agree with Bjorn:

a good EVO can perform as good as a titan (510)

My other half does use a Titan aswell as his EVO - but that's only in situations where a manual battery is a necessity. (He drives a noisy van and also DJs and the EVO batteries can activate automatically with the vibration, so he uses the manual Titan instead in those situations)

As to where to order from, in the US, both these companies carry intellicig products:

EVOlution EVO
EVO Kits : InnoVapor, The Finest in Personal Vaporizers

or you can order from the UK at Intellicig EVOlution Starter Kits : Intellicig Electronic Cigarette, E CIG - Smoke Healthier

Just, whatever you do, do NOT order from intellicigS in the US: they are the ones to watch out for (have a read of this thread from intellicig: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/intellicig/36399-intellicigs-logicigs-warning.html)

Just to further add: the carts DO NOT have a rubber feel to them: they are plastic (I'd love to have rubber-feel carts!)

As to the draw: no, it isn't the same as a cigarette, but you get used to it VERY quickly. You do need to take a more even, longer draw, rather than a sharp 'yank' like you do with a traditional cigarette.

Hope this has helped a little.

I have an EVO attie that is 7 months old It started to tail off when it was about 5-6 months old.
One word of warning do not drop them on the attie as it will kill it

but just now the titan is cheeper

Ok, well thats good to hear, so far it seems the EVO, and anything 510 related seems to get rave reviews and have the best user life of any other brands I have reviewed and studied (besides ones such as the screwdriver modded ones and the Janty products, + a few more) I seem confident enough from all the + reviews that regardless if I get an auto EVO, or manual 510 I will be most likely happy with both! Im sure that eventually I will own a penstyle or one step up from a mini, the Titan is one that has also crossed my mind as a good buy. With money being harder to come by these days I just want to make sure I get a good product that will last me and fix my crave for that analog! In the end I figure with the money saved from not buying Cartons/packs I can eventually buy me another good unit such as a 510 manual for when I need that extra long or hard throat hit. Thanks for the info!

Thanks for the great information! innovapor is the website that I have decided to go with on buying my EVO if that ends up being my choice! So far from talking to them they have good customer service and most all thats important they WANT you as a customer so they are going to provide GOOD customer service! I'm waiting on a response back from Clay @ innovapor at the moment, if he gives me a good reply then Im sure Ill be clicking the checkout button within the next few hours! I originally wanted to "analog look" but the more I see the sleek black model and other more modern looking ones the more I dont want the "analog look" although my goal is to have both EVO looks in one case. That way if I am in public or out and about I can pull the real looking one out and puff away to hopefully avoid tons of people staring and asking me "what is that" I'd really like to get comfortable and confident with the E-Cig before I have people coming up to me asking questions!:p I agree the rubber cart feel would be awesome to have, I dont know why Zack said it has a rubbery texture to it (maybe the brown carts do and the black doesnt since it was a complete finish change). Again thanks for you help and hope to be smoking an E-Cig soon and throwing the analogs to the birds!

Update - Just wanted to add that I finally clicked the "buy button" and ordered myself the innovapor EVO starter kit, I recieved a 10% Discount code aswell from Clay with there customer service department bringing my total cost to $95.

I ordered from the intellicig uk site on 10/24/09 and have yet to get my order. I know it takes a bit to get to the US but this is getting frustrating. When I track the pkg it just keeps saying it's in the US ready to ship. This was on 11/03/09. Has anyone else from the US ordered from the UK site with this long of a wait? I've ordered from Cignot a couple times already and recv'd my items 2 days later. I want my intellicig!!!
