Have any other Americans not gotten their order lately? I never got my carts that I ordered about two months ago, and I emailed John about it and he never responded. I emailed a couple more times after that and still no response.
Have any of you been successfully corresponded with them lately? I'm kind of put off at the moment

Just a quick update for any Americans waiting to receive an order from the intellicig site, I ordered my evo on 2/23, it was shipped out on 2/24, and didn't make it through customs to my house until just today, 3/10. So it took approx 15 days from the day I placed the order which is what I expected. Since this is my first e-cig I can't wait to try it out.
I just ordered a second evo kit yesterday with the extra battery. We'll see how they do.
Just my luck, I've been waiting for this evo for two weeks. Just when I thought the wait was killing me I get home and open up the package I received. In it I find everything but my usb battery charger 
Well regardless I tried out the evo and I must say, I'm not disappointed with its performance as of yet. Though I guess I wont have much time to play with my new toy, without a charger the batteries will soon be dead and I dread the idea of waiting another two weeks to get another. I sent an email over to intellicig and am waiting a response. I hear he is quite good with customer service so I'm just hoping for the best.

You can try and order another 401 charger. As far as I know they are compatible...
Ok, i just received my new evo so that took about ten days.
The new batteries are different than the one i got on my first evo, i will have to test and see how they compare. I like the new atomizer better, draw seems easier but throat hit seems less, maybe it's just the liquid inside the intellicig cart. I'll try it with my new TW liquid and tell you guys how the throat hit compares with my penstyle i'm using the same liquid in.
So far: pleased, but everything about this new evo is different than the first evo i ordered, except for the carts. The charger is even different. There's no cord on it now, the battery just sticks right out of the usb port. The contacts on both atomizer and battery seems to be made of a different metal.

i dont know if its an official site or just another scam site, but i think the forum user "Terraphon" has ordered from them without problems.
it says they are out of evo's as they are waiting for the latest order to be delivered, but do have chargers in stock at the moment.

hi all ,ok ordered mine on the 2nd john said they shipped it on the 7th and i finally got it today so hang in there guys its on the way lol.and might i add well worth the wait ,its 100 times better then my smokeanywhere cigg. it came already charged but the only problem ive had so far is the original cartridge on it only lasted threw about 6 puffs then i had to replace it with a new one and now it works great,guess maybe the original cartridge was no good, oh well i love my new evo and it was well worth the wait ...

Don't throw the used carts away - top them up with e-liquid. Also if yu add a drop of glycerine to a cart you'll get loads more vapour. Igetcha has some good videos on this forum about topping up Evo carts and Terraphon has some about restuffing older carts. Have a search
I got my EVO's from the UK, all the to IL real quick. I ordered it on 3/11, got a notice on 3/14 that is was shipped, and it was delivered on 3/18.

The EVOs are shipped with a blank empty cart so maybe you were vaping the primer?! I asked about shipping some kits out to LA and was told that some orders arrive in a few days and some can take over 2 weeks but they didn't know why the delays were happening - customs or post deliveries? They told me their record was 20 hours for a shipment to Poland!!
I have a friend in LA who was looking at setting up as a supplier but the FDA are taking more interest in imports, especially liquids from China. Add that to the problems with Hong Kong customs seizures and it's no wonder there's panic in the disco!!8-o
