Thanks Frankie, I honestly have a lot of respect for nuns.

I'm not sure that Letzin Hale isn't a troll though, s/he posted another strange challenge to a rational post of mine recently.

Exactly as I thought, you can give it but you can't take it and have to resort to name calling. I rest my case and will not trouble anyone on here again.
I'll pre-empt your next post, "Good riddance"
Alan.

quite a few users who have less posts than mr/mrs Hale and all the posts seem to be directed at starting the 401/evo argument again.
Is that argument relevant anyway? I mean, the EVO is rather economical, on par with 901s in starter kit price - is 401 much cheaper of something? Otherwise we can just let it be. Even if they are the same, if there is no real price difference, who cares?
I would rather like to see comparison of the EVO with the Mini Fogger, which is much more expensive but somehow similar.

i'm not fussed where manufacurers source from . look at the 901 one of the cheapest mass produced ecigs available all made by the lowest bidder but still top of the favourites list.

as for the legalities of codes of conduct and trading standards , let's not forget that our precious little devices and the fuel they use are not strictly legal, like i have mentioned before they are not illegal either they are un-regulated so in the grand scheme of things trust no-one when it comes to devices or liquid , manufacturers and suppliers don't yet have to answer to any-one, and if things go the way they have in Oz ( and you can bet your ... it will )then all this banter is pointless.
Get what you can on the recommendation of other end-users. never believe anything a manufacturer or supplier says and make your own conclusions.

my 2 pennies........

Kate you naughty nun how dare you ask someone a direct question that lots of people would like to know the answer to!

I have read lots of your threads and posts over the last four months, and I know that your only interests on this forum are for e-cig safety and good value and service.

Well done holy sister keep up the good work:thumb:

:D

Thanks Gnu.

It really isn't my intention to single anyone out or anything, I try to be fair in my dealings, especially with traders, it does affect their income after all.

I want what's best for our community, consumers, manufacturers and traders. It's not like I'd dobb them up to the trading standards people or anything.

I'm only really naughty with Trog ;)

I think that the point some people are missing here is not down to the fine details on hardware comparisons etc, it is more a matter of principle that is being argued about.

I am a consumer and would like to see company's represent our devices in the most responsible way. Intellicig seem to be an absolutely brilliant company in terms of product being A1, customer service etc and you really can't criticise them in this regard.

Where they have fallen flat in the past, is, like with some other suppliers out there they have made some pretty inaccurate claims on their product.

Now from my point of view, I don't like having the wool being pulled over my eyes with exaggerated claims or brainwashing marketing techniques. This inevitably probably won't completely put me off buying a product, but it will make me question a suppliers integrity.

When you have the wool pulled over your eyes once, you tend to err on the side of caution (or at least I do).

I guess the point I'm trying to make is that people are right, it doesn't really matter about the finer details of what hardware a product utilizes as long as the end result is good. However, what does irritate me is when a company pulls the wool over peoples eyes making false claims that are supposed to be exclusive to their product when they are quite clearly not.

This just makes me slightly more wary of what claims I will have to look out for next time....

yes they are for real...and their site seems to have crashed...

info@intellicigs.com You may also call us at 212-461-3344

The site tperry was looking at is a US site set up by a distributor and is not officially affiliated to Intellicig as yet. We have no control over that website.

The official site at www.intellicig.com crashed late last night and we are waiting for our hosting company to get it back online. Apologies for any inconvenience but it shouldn't take long.
Cheers.
John.

If I order from your site in the UK how long would it take to get my order? Im based in in Northern California near San Francisco?

Took 7 business days for me (Central CA). I also had trouble ordering with their Paypal system, but am glad I persisted. The Evo is the one for me!

Intellicig also included some freebies!

To answer a few questions:

1. The US site site intellicigs.com is no longer supplied by Intellicig.
An officially affiliated site should be operational very soon and will
mirror the official UK site. They will carry stock to supply direct.

2. The US postal services or customs can cause delays longer than the expected 2-5 days to deliver orders. The US site should alleviate this problem.

3. Royal Mail tracking only lets us know that the item has been passed to
International postal services as US postal services do not share their
tracking facilities. Couriers such as DHL can track all the way but it
could cost 100 bucks to send a small package.

4. We are catching up with back orders as we have had a delivery of the
first 1000 Micro USB chargers which had been lost in transit, worth
waiting for though as they are much neater.

Thanks to everyone who has ordered for being patient, it's not easy!
Best wishes.
John.
