I've got a couple of faulty parts and emailed two weeks ago to John's email and haven't yet had a reply. Emailed again a few days ago and still haven't had a reply. "Mailbox full" for the info@ address is not a very good sign. I too hope all is well with John but there are other staff there who, I would have thought, would deal with info@ emails.

Has anybody tried buying anything in the past few days and received it? If yes, then they're in business and maybe having yet another problem with their email?

Have you tried phoning them? +44 (0) 845 527 6115, not sure if that number will work outside of Europe although IntelliCig claim it's for those in Europe to use - I know some 0845 numbers don't even work outside of the UK.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. Faulty parts (atomiser and usb charger) and no replies to emails, been a week now. Have tried the phone but no answer. Am going to place an order today anyway so will let you know what happens. I imagine it's more technical issues but isn't very good customer service which has always been great up 'til now. If it carries on I think I'll start looking at other products. Seeing how temperamental these things can be good customer back up is a must for me. It's a shame for a company that showed such promise.

Having a bit of trouble getting through by email and calling is not an option atm. Incidentally, info@intellicig.com redirects to jc@intellicig.com, as evidenced by the bounced emails I'm getting, and one contained the following:

procmail: Quota exceeded while writing "/var/mail/jc"

Normally intellicig provide a great service, I wouldn't lose faith over this.

Patience is another thing - so John, if you're reading this, clear out your inbox please!!

I also ordered a EVOlution Starter Kit (EVO-UB) USB on 2/23, my first order before finding these forums. Not holding my breath on when I will get it, from what I read here. Sounds like a great company and product I was just about to order some more attomizers and batt before reading this thread. Now I guess I will wait and see if I even get my EVO. Probaly not woried yet but another week, mabey(Thank you PS for my Pilot). Hope they get a reputibal supplier in the US so I don't have to worry if it's the comany, customs, USPS or if it went to the twilitezone. Got to say as a first time customer and hearing customer servise went from A+ to zilch makes me worry the most about my inital investment with intelecig. But a fair chance they will get from me as time will tell.;)

It took a little over 3 weeks for mine to arrive via mail. Great product though.

My order arrived today, exactly what I ordered. It took about 14 days to get here (LA). The packaging is very different from my first order, the batteries are also different so I can only assume they've been changing suppliers.

Still no response to my email about a faulty battery and atomizer though.

Thanks for the update TunTun. Could you possibly describe the new designs more in depth, or possibly post some pics? I am very curious to see the new batteries. Are they not the m4 series any longer? This is very interesting. You aren't possibly speaking of intellicigS.com with an S are you?

I ordered mine and it was shipped 2/4/09 and received 2/18/09. I ordered the extra battery but didn't get it. I have emailed John 3 times asking for them to ship it with no response. I finally sent email telling him I would notify my credit card co if no response from Intellicig. Well I notified the card company today.2 weeks is plenty of time to sent a response. He was quick to respond before I purchased, within 24 hours ,twice. I guess when my vapor device is used up I'll have to find another e-cig since I can't get them to reply I don't want to pay for something in the future and not get it.

Nearly a month later, I'm STILL waiting for replies to what are now 3 or 4 emails although the last one (copied to both addresses) came back as mailbox full a week ago.

I've even written in the hope it might get some attention, but not a word since then either.

Phoning's not much of an option as their site says they prefer you to email because due to a "high volume of messages" it's "quicker" to email!!!

At the beginning (early January) they were excellent and offered superlative service even though they sent me wrong items as they were already out of stock of what I wanted. I've now got another faulty battery that died all of a sudden within days, and a faulty USB adaptor that didn't work properly from day one, which are what I've been trying to contact them about.

I've tried to be patient, after all a month is long enough, no? But my patience is now rapidly running out... and I guess it's not helped by seeing that I'm not the only one.

I too purchased a lot (numerous batteries, atomisers, carts, chargers, the lot). Maybe by the time that lot die, I might get some response if I'm lucky... If not, then either I'll have give up on it or see if there's somewhere else in the UK that supplies parts who aren't Intellicig resellers (if Intellicig are out of stock, the chances are their resellers will also be out of stock).

Shame, cos when it works, it's a great little e-cig.
