This is interesting, my only question is how much charge does the disk hold, seeing as he is only wearing latex gloves, I could only assume that it is not high, bc it was the same amount that gave a house electricity then there would be alittle more "juice" in the disk. So this may be interesting but at what amount of individual capacitors would be need to say power a phone all day and what not. I would assume it would take a great amount bc it can discharge so fast it would only be able to hold fractions of the required power to utilize a device

common misconception with electricity, voltage takes a rather extreme amount to kill you, or seriously injure you. with amperage it does not take much at all, as little as 1/2 an amp will kill you. A rather sadistic example is the electric chair. The pass extreme amounts of voltage at extreme amperage so it does not cook the person in the chair. it just shocks them to death. Even if that thin layer of capacitors held up to 100, 000 volts or more volts it would likely not kill him(though it could if the voltage stopped the heart). but if it put out more than half an amp it could easily kill him. the latex is simply a grounding layer between the device and the hand.

while splashing juice all over the ceiling lol

Gotta include a little excitement don't ya? It's like if you bought a pizza that cooked itself. It ain't gonna be good. Auto parts that installed themselves? Then we come to batteries that charge themselves. If they're working then your getting juice on the ceiling. Nothing good in life comes easy
