Interesting PV Question

Are there any waterproof PVs? I'm a once a week river rat. So obviously I need a safe and waterproof method or PV to take with me. Any suggestions or should I just suffer for six hours without my nicotine while I'm cruising down Mother Natures lazy river?

Welcome , but none that I know of . That being said just put a cheapo in a ziplock bag . That should keep it dry . And if you do manage to lose it ( good chance ) your not out too much .

Well thanks Renzuli but no, that doesn't really help. I don't want to vape a nasty cheap disposable. So I guess I'll just have to learn to go without until someone creates a waterproof mod or a perfectly safe waterproof method. :/ Shame though. There would be a good sized small market for that type of thing.

How about a decent one in a waterproof bag? There have got to be some times when it's quiet enough to take it out for a few draws...

A sporting goods store should have various waterproof containers. I have one that holds 7 100mm cigarettes that I used to use. Now that I don't smoke, I sometimes carry my little Rough Stack in it. The Rough Stack fits with an atomizer attached, but not the drip-tip. And, that kind of thing tends to come with a cord attached for carrying around your neck.

The best solution I've ever seen on here was to put it in a pelican case when not in use. You didn't say what type of PV you have, so I don't know whether this particular one is the right size for you, but they have various sizes.

It's water resistant and very well sealed, but you wouldn't want to go submersible with it.
