Zenesis PV and Z-attys (Questions?)

I am interested in this product and visited their site. The Z-Atty states a price of $129 and suggests its use with the Provari. Does anyone have any experience with this and can you explain the $129 price, what exactly is this?

Also the Zenesis PV, does anyone have any experience with it and how does it compare with other premium PVs?
