I have a black Vtube that i bought about 2 months ago and for about the last 3 weeks i have been having trouble getting it to fire. I noticed that if i don't press the button the right way i get nothing. It doesn't always do this, it seems completely random, almost as it likes to not work when i'm not having a good day already. (must be murpheys law.....) I don't like to mash the button because i know its not going to be good for it in the long run. I talked to CS from Apollo and they said i could send it in but this is my only device ATM and probably for awhile. So i was wondering if there is anything i can do without voiding the warranty to remedy this. Thanks everyone!
