internal battery mods vs. rechargeable mods

Nothing wrong with those type. Unless you got knock-offs. Just saying that it's not unusual that the coil gets gunky or clogged wick...requiring a change in the settings.
I've had to learn over time that if I vape lower power often, I have to crank it up on occasion to " blow out the carbon ".

I vape 50/50 or 60/40 So its kinda thin , but even if but I'm a fresh coil it does the same thing. Sounds like I prob need a new mod...would a t.c.mod with a changeable battery help with a more even vape or does the t.c. even help or even a mod with a chip I.e. dna 30

Sounds like the Battery/Mod itself is just dying, Your tanks coil wouldn't impact a Regulated Mod with Internal Battery like that I dont believe. Most new mods come with TC options but still have regular Wattage mode for Kanthal Coils. Look into Sigelei 150W dual 18650 setup and Sigelei 75W or IPV D2 for single 18650 usage. As you search around for those, you will likely start to notice other mods like them

How do the hana mods handle? And what benefit does the DNA chip provide?

I've got one of the Cloupor DNA30 box mods that has been great. The Hotcig is a DNA50 (not a real DNA chip though) that's also been great. They are all I use since June of last year when I got the DNA30.
I've been waiting before I try a TC box. Letting the technology mature a little. I've seen way too many new 'flash in the pans'.
