Hey all,

Im new to the site and new to vaping, so hopefully this forum will be able to give me the know-how on e-cigs and what components/liquids will be best for me. So far I have used a standard ego-t 900mah battery along with the Mini Vivi Nova V10 and a Kanger T3. I was really impressed with the performance of the vivi, but when I saw the T3 bottom coil I got excited because it just makes a lot of sense to not have to twist and turn the top coils just to get a good burn. So I bought 2 of the T3s because of the raving I had read about it. For the first one I used I was very impressed, including a better cloud and better taste compared to the vivi. But after about half a day of using it, it started to leak terribly. I mean literally dripping my fluid all over the place. I watched the video on how to fix the leaky T3s, and after taking it apart, I have come to my personal conclusion for all those wondering why theirs may be leaking. Coming from a manufacturing job myself, I know how making small mistakes on assembly can severely affect the performance of a product. I have been using my second T3 to test if that leaked as well and so far, no leaks at all! I figured taking them both apart to compare the differences between the leaky one and the non-leaking. Turns to be, the leaky T3 happened to have a very flimsy and brittle wick compared to a strong thick wick used in the non-leaky T3. So in that I realized that the assembler must have not used the correct amount (or the wrong wick in general.)

Hopefully I can stick to vaping and not going back to analogs like I have been tempted to.

Please feel free to reply back with your personal opinion on what battery you would suggest I use with my non-leaky T3 as well as wether you think I could be wrong about the problems people have been having with their T3s, as I am new to this world and am willing to learn and correct my mistakes.

I'm new to vaping also....I will receive my Ego Twists and Mini ViVi Novas tomorrow. I have already received the e liquid....on my son's suggestion I purchased Kentucky Applewood and K-max. I looked at other flavors and purchased a couple of other flavors, but since I haven't tried any as of yet I really can't recommend anything. But my son said the Kentucky Applewood and K-max were awesome. Hope this helps somewhat. Good luck!

Quit smoking analogs about 2 months ago, switched to vaping. Best thing I've ever done for myself, and I'm 100 percent into it. I never realized there is so much to it, I’ve really enjoyed learning about this new alternative to smoking ‘analogs’. I’ve had quite a journey already I’ve gone through the following kits…started with a Blu, then took it back and got a Finiti kit, then took that back and got a GreenSmoke, which I do like. Did some more research and sold myself on having to try the V2 Cigs, and just got the kit, so far I love it, tons of vapor lots of throat hit, pretty much like Greensmoke. Still wondering if I should buy a mod kit, and which one. I've had my eye on the provari, but I've already spent so much money. Enjoying the V2 KR808D-1 , and the Greensmoke KR808D-2 for now. Also have a KR808D-2 to 510 adapter. I've bought a ton of different elquids, mostly from Halo which I love the Tribecca. Found it to be really good mixed with the sub-zero liquid. Tried tons of different combos with refilling my own carto's, both LR and regular resistance, tried clearomizers , haven't had much luck with those they seem to leak a lot on me. Look forward to learning more and trying more things with vaping.
