I cannot stress enough how important tapeing up the envelope is... If you have to send back a tip for a change..
A quick packing tape wrap will keep it inside.. Otherwise the machines squeeze it right out.

Personally I don't want to vape from Copper or put it in my mouth but a mixed DT with the copper part not being in tough with my juice or my lips would be sweet. Prolly nothing wrong with it but maybe just me remembering how funky a penny tasted when I was a kid.....yuck. Hahahahahaaaa

I do have oxygen free copper.. Which really doesn't seem too bad.. Other than it's like machine a piece of clay.. Not always as easy as it sounds.. I have been playing with some ideas..

Quick question. What's the best way to refinish one of the Ti tips I got from you? Its brushed finish to match a KFL, but got a few light nicks and scratches I want to remove.

Throw it on the drill press and go to town with a scotchbrite pad?

Awesome.. I'm glad our made it in decent time. Yeah I'd you can chuck it up on the base.... Maybe use 220 grit on high speed that should make it be again..

Didn't have any 220 at home. Ran some 600 grit and it came out just fine.
