Just took delivery of the Dees - man, this thing is a beast. "Solid" as an adjective doesn't do it justice; this is one time where the phrase, "built like a tank" is really apropos.
The button is really nice - actuation and throw are just about pitch perfect, and it can stand unlocked with a full kayfun lite atop it in 18500 mode.
The machining is just gorgeous - the bottom cap and brass tube meet almost perfectly. I have to look for differences in polish/tarnish to see where one ends and the other begins. Super nice, tight tolerances on the machining and polishing. Just awesome.
The only ding I can find in the whole thing is that the polish on the top cap isn't as "polished" as the brass tube and bottom cap. Probably because the bottom cap and tube mate so perfectly, I'm noticing that the top cap isn't quite as perfectly mated. And there was a slight mar along the vertical axis, probably from shipping and getting banged around in the mail. Maybe it's just a bit tarnished and needs some love I'll get the acetic acid + hydrogen peroxide bath out, and try polishing it away.
All in all, this is one triple-A mod. Can stand proud with the other high-end mods. Definitely a keeper

I'm curious - will you be offering stainless steel tubes? The aluminum is nice, but i've fallen in love with the sheer heft of the Dees. I'd love to run a 350 and 500 tube in 2mm thick stainless steel

Dear curisu, Many thanks for your support and compliment on DEES. A lot of hard work to get this done. Each mod is polished and touched up to ensure smoothness at the top and bottom joint. Will post some video.
The tube is hand machined from solid brass, and not from any off the shelf brass pipe. That's the reason you can feel the weight of pure brass.

Dear All, Pls refer to the below quick video on part of DEES production. Every DEES is touched up and tuned to ensure perfection on the line, and also threading at top and bottom cap. This will then follow with polishing and waxing. All this is achieved by hand!

Nice review on Hill Giant ecgee... "at the end of the day it performs really really well; the vape is fantastic; it hits hard similar to Poldiac, Bearbrass Mod, and Steampunk." "thumbs up".
It's big for its batt config but imo some 350's are too small... that's all subjective.
I'm still loving my Dees mod...

locking ring is smooth and reliable
this feels like it was made for AW IMR... they always fit without rattle.

Loving my Dees w/V2 top cap (more adjustable)...every atomizer i own gets vaped on Dees.
Copper contacts for great response, and 500 is perfect size imo.
Button is perfect feel, and stands on its own without needing to lock.
Everything machined excellent; its like it was made for AW IMR... perfect fit. No rattle ever.
Seeing how these are made (by hand) and how fine they are (this is my second unit), makes me proud to have this good looking, functional and very durable mod in my mechanical collection.

Hi Uke, Many Thanks for the stunning pictures and review of DEES. Yes DEES is purely designed for AW battery, and current v2 should fit almost all 510 atty tank with more user friendly adjustable center pin.
Our next launch is DEES v3 with combination of brass, bronze, aluminum top and bottom cap. Tube is made of brass and stainless steel. Some limited numbers of wooden box mod will be introduced as well. I will post some pictures here on the prototype.
