I sold my Futura - I have cleaned my hands completely of the experience - TBH it was not a bad mod at all (a bit rough around the edges for the price) but the whole experience just tainted the mod for me. I have put it down to a learning experience. I wish everyone the best of luck in dealing with this company. It has been a long while since i had the issues with them so i hope they have improved their customer service since then. If it has improved then i would recommend this mod for those who like the look and specs of it.
I received the springs. So far, so good - definitely a big difference.
What experience were you having? like not being able to contact them? I am once again having issues with my futura and haven't been able to get in touch with them. I know they are out of stock and I wonder if they are done, or they intend to make more.
No contact, told me it had been sent out when it had not been (twice), did not stand by a return/warranty (initially) for a friend, were selling to newer customers before their old ones, they were also really rude to me on here (calling me a troll). Good luck with it all.

i got one of the first batch.
between the constant "check atomizer" and "check battery" messages, I ended up using it less and less
the machining that i liked so much, also proved to be another annoyance. the damn thing is so thin that putting it down on the table was a precision job.
if anyone wants a lightly used original futura i'm giving mine away in exchange for a good joke
i'd sell it, but i find it so unreliable that i can't put a price on it. the thing appears to only work with virgin batteries
