I think most of us understand that these aren't empty promises but simply an unfortunate side effect of a group of good, honest people working their butts off to get out a product in numbers they weren't prepared for while maintaining the quality we demand because they are offering something at a good price, quality, and features, made in the USA by the people that live next door the way america used to be. Sure, they're in a little over their heads but what they make out of this can mean the difference between a company that is still there in ten years when you need them to fix a broken switch or one that burns out before its time. Mine was supposed to ship out too. It sucks. Yeah, I'm disappointed but I'm willing to be have a little faith and a little forgiveness because I believe in what they are doing and what they want to be. I have typical chinese stuff. I have a super-t. I have a provari. I want a nexgen because I want a device that can do everything I could want it to do. Something I can be proud of. Hopefully, something that will last for years and when I need a new 510 cap cause I stripped mine out they're still around, happy to help, and even charge a reasonable price.
Call me a hopeless romantic but I want that kind of america back.
