lol yeah sure its "available"... we just have not made them... or even have all the parts...
Well, you can always order a Cyborg or Wizard, I guess. Or a ZNA...

Good to know Jon, what's the wait like? I am going to loose out big time on the shipping.
Just my 2 cents, but maybe a better option than "available" "in-stock" or anything else would just be "current lead time". I think everyone whose found this thread knows the drill (or at least they should), but people who find your site from another source might feel "available" and "in stock" are (unintentionally) misleading terms.
Two weeks before we receive the boards. Believe me, I've begged but to no avail. Then, depending on when the order is placed, probably another two weeks. So a month to be safe.
Ok that's quite a bit of wait. So what's the deal? I shipped the current damage unit back to you when I receive my new tracking?
I remember you reimburse shipping for another customer when fault is not on their side.
I do appreciate your after sales support. Thank you.
does this new futura mod support flat tops now or is it still nipple top because you get way more battery choices with flat top
I didn't mean for that to come off as snippy. I just figured that might help avoid further confusion down the road. We're not trying to mislead anyone, and it clearly states on the site that there's a wait time. They are available, just not instantly. I realize in this age of nanosecond gratification that everyone wants "it" right away, but occasionally real life intervenes... All the DNA builders are in the same boat. That said, I kind of like your idea of a lead time. Thanks for the suggestion.

Rudebwoy, No, the Futura does not support flat top batteries in the DNA20 or DNA30. This is a safety feature because the DNA *Does Not Have Reverse Battery Protection*. Evolv (the maker of the DNA) Has suggested to all tube mod makers that they don't allow flat top batteries because if you place the battery in backwards mistakenly your DNA goes *Bang*. No more PV.

Sorry for all the trouble you are having Yosh. Hopefully they will do the right thing and send you the correct item and include a postage paid label to send the wrong item back. Then you wont be without the device for a month or likely more. Keep us posted.
Please PM me or send an email and we'll discuss the remedy.
The Futura has reverse battery protection according to their site.
Aren't the sony vtc4's flat top?
what battery does evolv recommend for the dna30? is it the orbtronic sx22 or the sony vtc4s?
does anyone know?

I got a reply from Jon saying that he check everything before sending out, so I asked him if he did check everything, wouldn't it be so easy to spot the top cap difference? If he failed to spot that, he may as well fail to see the scratches. I am over this, I asked for refund.
