How generous are you talking about? Adjustable air flow is something I've been thinking about too.

Give me a minute and I'll measure the slots on a stillare.

eta: The air slots are approx .300 by .055 each. I never use them fully open but this will give you an idea of how much I'm referring to. I'm sure there are many ways to accomplish adjustable air flow, this just happens to be one I'm familiar with.

One of the keys of the mod will be voltage drop. A key with the rba will be adjustable air flow as mentioned with the ability to run dual or single air holes open.

Thanks for the feedback.

I guess I'm sort of a single coil guy so I never thought much about dual coils. Tried dual coil before on a large atty and it produced a less satisfying vape than a single coil in a small atty, which is why I'm so obsessed with chamber size.

But now that you mentioned it, I think it'll be very interesting to see how dual coil perform in such a small chamber size. Maybe the hit will be waaaay too intense?:D

I will come up with a updated design with adjustable air flow and dual/single air hole option, so stay tuned. Probably won't be for another week or two since I got a day job...

For the mod do you think you will have an option to pay more for a higher amp switch. I vape at around .3 ohms. I like the bottle placement.
The atty sounds great. I use mostly the BF versions of the atomic, cyclone, and divo. I like the divo the best because I think it is the smallest chamber. The small post holes are the major draw back for me. What gauge wire where you aiming for. I got my posts holes drilled out in most of my mods because I like lower gauge and twisted wire builds. Just curious in the age of the mephisto rba why you are going with smaller than stock post holes on the atomic?

I'm thinking about offering a switch made out of ceramic.

I use 28 gauge wire and the post holes you see in my diagram are 1.2 mm in diameter approximately, or roughly 5/1000 of an inch.

Question... on your prototype, does the exposed bottle lead to accidental squonking if you pocket the pv?
I have been pocketing it with no problem. The casing is wider than the bottle and prevents the bottle from being deformed by outside force. You can drop a dictionary on it.

Aaron, I've been thinking a lot about your post. I'm especially curious how 0.3 ohm vapes like. Care to show us a pic of your coil? I think I'm going to try it myself. But wouldn't you blow whatever fuse your current mod has? What set up are you using?

Thanks you guys for the interest. I love feeders too, which is why I want to build them. I like to tinker and always like to think of ways to improve things. Next week I will unveil a atty design that will feature the smallest chamber size possible, and with dual/single air hole and adjustable air flow .
