The 10 amps would be a killer for me. Generally I need about 15 amps anyway for my vaping. I assume I could pop the fuse out and put in a 20 amp, unless of course there is a reason you are going with 10 other than a pure safety feature. Since a fuse regulates the flow of current, isn't it already a regulated mod as opposed to a pure mech? I can see for design purposes why you wanted to avoid the hot spring. I have a Reo and I'm not crazy about that setup because it makes the button kinda squishy, but the fuse could really cramp the old vaping style for lower sub ohm dual coil vapers like myself.

Other than that, it's a nice looking mod and appears to be well built. Love the 10 ml bottle and the side squonk window. The regulated voltage is a great idea too

A 10A fuse will not blow instantly the second you run 10A thru it. http://www.powerlet.com/learningCenter/fuseSizing

It will blow fast when you ramp a lot of Amps thru it, so basically a situation where you have a short and the battery is dumping power before going thermal.

Haven't forgot about you guys. Just have been busy trying to get it ready. As you know, it's not easy making something so unlike any other design out there and things have to be tested and modified before I can call it “ready to be shipped."

I've been using the prototypes I've built to try to find faults and optimizing it to the best of my ability. I'm very close now to getting something that lives up to my expectations. I will PM each and everyone of you when it's done.

May I ask where you got your box machined? I have some boxes I'm going to 3D print, but I've been looking into aluminum machining, but there's so many places to choose from I'm not sure where to start...

If you have drawings, send it to your local machine shops for a quote. Many places have machining and surface treatment capabilities. But it might be pretty expensive if you are only making one or two.

An update:

Guys, I've recently just finalized my design and I will start making the final prototype this week. I think what I have will be the most leak-proof mod ever. Once the final prototype is done, I will post a video and a detailed spec sheet, and PM everyone on the list.

I've been insanely busy recently, joggling a full time job, a night class (management), and improving/testing the mod, so from now to early December, I won't be checking the forum every day. But I will check it every few days, so feel free to PM me if have you any questions.

Thanks
