You might save some money leveraging another approved product.

There will be a huge black market. Your call as dealing in it or not.

I figure small mod makers will be relatively safe for a while.

This sucks because I had another idea for an innovative (or at least unique) mod that I have been brainstorming for over a year now. Even before this thread was started. Work and school kept me busy so I did the Mymod which is simpler to get experience.

I finally worked out all the bugs in my head and was planning to do something this summer, after I ship the first batch of Mymod. And then this hits.

That $1M dollar filing fee or whatever would kill a lot of dreams...

Well, it's not a $1M fee. It's the estimated total cost for all the paperwork and supporting studies you have to submit.

Yep. That's what I'm hoping to do. So far I have a couple of reos, a couple of tmods, a CAM M, and I'm on the list for the LBC and a couple of pinches. I hope there is an extra one in here after you guys get yours too.

Actually I was listing just my squonking gear I still have some pretty decent gear from my presquonking days. But still I don't enjoy the non squonking gear anymore

I have a couple old pre-squonk mods, but have several regulated non-squonk mods and a load of great tanks. I've got squonkers and tanks pretty well covered

You mean sell a kit that contains all the parts for the customer to assemble themselves? Will it fly?

Might have to make it two different purchases. Neither alone makes anything, only the combination does.

Reminds me of the 80% AR lowers and jigs than can be finished with basic hand tools.
