I think experimenting with different atty configs is worth doing.
I think there's literally too many variables to "calculate" what will product better vapor and flavor. You can make logical conclusions, but in testing, the coil and wick and chamber and intake and outflow - even the user's draw style - they all interplay to define the performance.
With two coils, I think you'd want them to have nearly the same airflow - otherwise, while you might get interesting performance, you'd have to deal with the possibility that they would fail to work well together at differing heats or power levels, and you might have to re-wick them at different times, etc.
So if it's a "directional" atomizer - with two coils and all the air coming in on one side - an air intake for each coil position might work...
I have had a build or two that had a single coil on one side, for which I found air coming in BOTH sides was a really nice vape. So ya never know...

For me, atty design needs to be very simple and i appreciate huge post holes or none at all.
I'll build the coils and so on. The reason some atties are great is because of their versatility, the ability to use them for any type of vaping.

Okay, I finally worked out a few bugs in the mod. Now it's at a point where I'm comfortable shipping it.
If you are on the list and you monitor this thread regularly, do me a favor and PM me with your color, other info, etc...and I will give you the instruction on payment (pay for goods and services over Paypal). This will save me the trouble of having to hunt everyone down on the list. And then I still have to check up on those who doesn't monitor this thread regularly.
After this is done I would know how much I have left over. Thanks
