From the first day that I saw this, I thought refilling the bottle would be effortless...... Its more difficult than it needs to be..... *IMO..... I personally wish that the bottom sqounk hole ring (that's part of the mod) should have been incorporated Into the door, so that when you take the door off.... the bottle is free where you are able to unscrew it... You can't unscrew the bottle, it has to be pulled out to refill. The Bottle sits firmly in place though.

I always unscrew the bottle. You need to take the bottle out of the mod (the tygon tube will bend), and then you can unscrew it. I never had to pull off the bottle to refill. If the bottle is sitting straight in the mod, then it would be more difficult to unscrew.

well Paul im impress with all the extra's ya sent and the instruction sheet.i actually read it this time,i normally dont...lol.i just had to trim a lil of the battery wrap so my batts would make contact, other then that it took off no problemo.the finish is nothing other than fantastic,NO scratches at ALL!i usually try to find a soft bottle to fit in place of the reo type bottles, but not sure if i have anything that will work at this point.but not a big deal.its a sharp lil mod man.thanks for taking the time and effort to put a tight lil package together.

i have some bottles i got from CC..i think or was it Roscoe...anyways they are a lil bit of a pain to fill,i use one of my schringes(hold 8.5ml) ive been using them for a while and they are SOFT bottles.i think they were like 1$ a piece.way better i think anyways and fit with plenty of room left over, may have to lengthen my squonk tubing a lil is all.

add:ya can fillem with the squeeze ejuice bottles but the droppers suck to use and take FOREVER

Did you trim the battery wrapping a bit on the negative side? Also, make sure you screwed down the atty properly.
yes, i trimmed one battery, tried a *bare bottom* battery, tried 3 other batteries and 3 different atties. still nothing. was there any protection added for shipping purposes that has to be removed before trying it? i read thru the literature a couple times and didn't see anything.

could the fuse be no good?
Can you look at the fuse? If the fuse is broken, you can see it. There is a curvy wire inside and it'll be broken if the fuse is blown.

What O-ring are you using for your atty? I have an 1mm O ring in the spare parts bag that you should use. If you use thick O rings it might not cause the atty to make contact with the center pin.
