Introducing myself

Hello, new user here. What an excellent source of information here!

A little about me; I have been vaping for about 8 months. I own a couple eGo's with default clearomizers for on the go, and a VAMO V4 with a Nautilus Aspire 5ml dual-coil tank (been through a lot of tanks, and this is by far my favorite). I tend to vape on Desert Ship (DeKang) and Deadly Sin (GLV) a lot, but I get bored easily and am constantly switching up, hence my interest in DIY ejuice creation.

When I don't have my PV in-hand, I'm most likely programming. I code software as a hobby and for work. So, if any of you need a professional developer with 20 years of experience, let me know :)

At the moment I've come here to browse around and get my post count up so I can ask some questions I need answered - I recently went out and bought about $500 of DIY juice supplies and I'm a little stumped in certain areas. I'll take a little while to browse these forums and get my post count up, and if I don't figure out the problems I'm having by then, I'll ask you helpful people :)

Thanks for this wonderful community. I hope to learn more about DIY ejuice creation and vaping in general, while meeting some fellow vapers in the process :)

Hello! I use a Vamo and Nautilus when I decide to use a thank-based system as well. Its a great setup! Hope you make some great juice!

Hi Dave, what other setups do you have? I haven't tried anything aside from a tank. Curious as to the benefits and reasoning to use another setup. Thanks :)

Welcome axionix to ECF. If you can try the new BVC ( bottom vertical coil ) in your Aspire Nautilus. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. Some are saying they are very similar to cartomizers. I get great flavor plus the BVC lasts a long time.

Good Luck to You...Happy Vaping!!!

Thank you so much. I just ordered 2 packs! These things sound amazing!

I have a few dripping atomizers (RDAs). The benefits to these are much bigger flavor and much bigger vapor. I have two authentic RDAs, a Tobh and a Magma. And a handful of cheaper clones. They all perform excellently. I generally wrap my coil builds at somewhere between 0.4 and 0.6 ohm and put the atomizers on mechanical mods (authentic of these are expensive, so I have been using clones). This is kind of the next level for flavor and cloud chasing that a tank-based system is not able achieve currently.
