Don'r know what flash & filter you used, but those pics are mighty purdy. :D
p.s. I like the way the Griffin fits/looks on my ProVari. :)

This is kinda a test. I wanted to see how good the upload software is on this site. Plus they are pretty pics :)

The Griffin tank is 3.2ml btw.

Depends on the manufacturer - A 10ml BD syringe won't work, while I've read that other manufacturer's 10mls will. The 12ml Ideal Instruments & Monoject syringes will work.

My mistake. I used a 10 mil Excel (marked on the packaging as 10 mil). I was confused a bit because it's got a 12 mil line on the syringe itself. I got 3 tubes out of a single syringe, so it died for a good cause :).

Yup...that's the one. I got mine from TS as well. I guess I should have mentioned that. Fits perfectly, huh?

For those having wicking problems...the wick should not be tight in the hole. Instead of just rolling it really tight to make it fit loosely, pull it to stretch the wick lengthwise while you're rolling it. That will help get the diameter smaller without the wick being overly tight. You want it to be kinda like a straw. If you had to cut your wick to length make sure you don't leave it "crimped" at the point of the cut so as to keep the straw like properties. You should not have to resort to leaving out the fill screw (toothpick is way easier btw).

I will try this method .. The very tight method I'm using works v.good " without the fill screw in place" ... So I'm always have to be careful about leakage ... Now I will make an other wick straw like ...2 see how it goes .. Thanks

Prob that's why then .. I should have gotten a 12ml as well ... I'll pick one up tomorrow. Thanks

Mine's just a tad loose. I put <1/2ml plain vg in it yesterday & it hasn't leaked out. I think either a trip to Lowe's for different o-rings or to TS may be in order. OTOH, maybe a pass with the heat gun will shrink it?

I have monoject 12 cc, Its too big. Did you have to change the oring?

While rinsing it in the sink to change flavors I washed the top washer down the drain  luckily I was able to cut a bit of rubber from a dead T2 head that fits. Spare parts should be made available at some point, especially because you really have to mash the tank onto the bottom piece which can't be good for the o-ring.

I'm just thrilled with how well these work. I have two in rotation with twine wicks, and two with the SS mesh. Both work fabulously, but I think I'm beginning to like the mesh best as the mesh has seasoned. Took until the second fill for my mesh wicks to stabilize in at 2.7 ohms, and both are hitting like freight trains at 4.8v. Having a PV that can reads ohms is just so helpful to know when a bit of a short is showing up to know when to manipulate the coil until it settles in.

Can't wait for the clear tubes to come in, and I need to get a couple more or so to have one for all of my main juices. Spare gaskets for sure. In this for the long haul.

Folks I'm done with CE whatever, Vivi wivi, and XXX cartos. I no longer have the itch for Oddy's, Penny's, etc. Griffins are all I will use for the foreseeable future.

Nice to hear. Unfortunately my griffin is stuck in limbo in CT. Gotta love USPS. Tracking says delivery by the 4th and its never left CT where it was accepted. Grrrrrrrr.

Sorry. Man that stinks.

The USPS in CT is usually super fast with Eric's stuff.

Not a problem. We'll get it all sorted out this week. Had already given Eric a heads up that it was stuck out there for some reason. I've had trouble with our address from ups but not USPS. UPS likes to say we don't have a valid address. We're way out in the country so our address is written more like a GPS location with county roads and north south roads instead of an actual street address.

Im with ya on being done with the other stuff. Nothing compares and so carefree these are. Make a wick and it lasts . Have 7 wicks pre-made in a container. Been going thru my stuff and tossing a lot of old stuff thats been sitting .

my tanks and cartos havent been touch in 3 days since i got the griffin to work well, once dialing in the voltage, lots of vapor, hardly
any flavor tho, all of my liquid are 50/50 unsure if its the wick/coil or liquid ratio, got about 5 wraps on the 400 wick. gripper that I was using for resistance check broke, so hoping my BuzzPros short circuit protection keeps on protecting, gonna dust off the the multimeter on the next coil build
