Kanger ProTank DeLuXe 2.2ohm Stainless with Pyrex Glass tank
$28.95 $22.95

Introducing the bottom coil Kanger Protank, offering the same great features and performance as other Kanger bottom coil clearomizers but with the introduction of a strong pyrex glass tank. The ProTank is 510 threaded and will work on a 510 threaded MOD without the need for an adapter, but it also comes with a matching ego cone cover for use with various eGo's including our joyetech, Spinners and SLB's, etc.

What You get With the DeLuXe Kanger ProTank Kit:
  • This version is for the Deluxe Padded Metal Case Packaging
  • ProTank with pyrex glass tank and stainless construction end caps.
  • Comes with a 2.2ohm head built in but also with an ADDITIONAL replaceable atomer head. (additional 2.2ohm heads available in this category)
  • eGo cone thread to use with eGo PV's that streamline and beautify the look and provide a tank platform
  • Color instruction card
  • Dimensions: 2 & 11/16" height by 3/4" wide

Some tips on usage:
  • When filling unscrew the tank with the ProTank inverted, fill the tank then screw in the PV with base attached, secure, then you can re-invert and vape.
  • If you suffer any gurgling or leaks: liquid may have found its way into the center metal tube. Simple remove the ProTank from the PV and blow through the mouthpiece (have some tissue on other end to catch any juice)
  • The atomizer head of the ProTank can loosen when unscrewing the tube or base. Always fasten the atomizer head securely before reinstalling the base of the ProTank.
  • When possible, keep the tank as full as possible and topped off and never less than about a third of a tank. This helps maintain the vacuum in the tank and helps prevent leaks.
  • Your mileage may vary on atomizer head life but when the atomizer head starts to wear out, it may begin to leak. Replace the atomizer head with a new one if available.
  • In a pinch you can use the evod coil heads with the ProTank although some have reported more of an airy vape.

Here I was wondering when the fluxo's would be back in stock gave these a try and I love them. They do have a bit of weight to them but vapor production is huge flavor of your juices is spot on, easy fill, easy clean, glass tank. You don't have to empty tank to change out a coil and you can recoil them yourself with some wick and wire. Only down side of these is if you don't like a metal tip and if you like your vapor warmer haven't tried the 1.8 coils yet that might help also they are a bit airy draw but I like it . Pick some up with some spares you'll like them only thing that's better so far IMO is the aga-t+ with a ceramic wick .

ealrier releases either worked or had 2 issues, thats why people started giving them away for cheap becuase of the recall and even now some people are selling the version that could have issues
after the recall some more were amde and those had some leaking issues.
we already paid for these in the case the first day they were available months ago but they had issues and the recall so we held off, kanger promised us when they get back to normal they would make 500 in the case not just the box package and hand pick there best protanks for us to make up for the massive delay . Also be aware of protanks copies that say protank on them as well but they are not made by kanger.

Better? in the sence they are hand checked Glass to metal and highest qc on coil heads versus just being packed. basicaly a babied order for us

Also to add to what Chris said these are also slightly different than the Paper packaged units in that they ship with a 2.2ohm head (as oppsed to paper packaging 2.4ohm heads), not a huge deal as we have 2.2 heads available for separate purchase but just a FYI...Also lets say you are travelling and you don't want this kicking around as it is more expensive than standard tank prices. You can clean it up and put it in the foamed cutouts and feel secure it isn't going to be knocked around harshly...

Is there any way to tell the real-deal from the knockoffs?

Kanger is putting holographic seals on their stuff. If you notice in the picture above there is a circular holographic seal on the band surrounding the unit. Also yoru genuine Kanger shoudl obviously have the precise etching you see on the tanks themselves.
It's unbelievable how fast they are at developing knockoffs!
It's comforting to know that when I buy from you, I'm getting what I paid for and not some cheap copy.

I had to order one of these this morning. I broke my only ProTank last night. Totally my fault-I accidentallly flung my battery with ProTank attached onto my ceramic tile kitchen floor. Not a good idea. The tank shattered sob, sob! So, I'm going to give myself one more chance with a Pro Tank and keep it out of my kitchen!

I had a similar accident with one of mine. While it didn't shatter, it did develop a fine crack. It still vapes though, so I'm using that one for testing juices. These things are tough, but not indestructible.

I want a mini Pro Tank.

Kinda looks like my Evods without that stupid a$$ed metal damned vision impaired crap jacket on it. Is it a Kanger, who?

Noticed later: Oooops, it says Kanger. One has to wonder if these things are eeked out bit by bit just to bleed ones' bank account. I wonder what the coil and wick assembly of this come lately turkey are/is. Getting tired on this crap.

Not sure if I agree with you.
Are you saying that it would be better if they stopped innovating and improving their product?

If so, then we stand firmly in disagreement.

On second thought life was so much simpler when you just had 50mah stick batteries, fiberfill cartomizers and leaky tanks to choose from :)
