I'm near the end of the tank (1 ml mark) and no gurgling whatsoever, just a smooth as ever vape. I just remembered badkolo had recommended I re-sit the head just in case it was not seated properly, and I cleaned the tank and re-seated the head, and badkolo is never wrong , so maybe that was it? Oh Lord, a third variable, now I will have to start from the beginning all over again... jk hehe. But I saved that third wick and I can put it back, so maybe I'm not kidding after all.

Finished the Vapeonly tank. Got a bit of gurgling after I left it on its side with about 0.5ml in it, but the gurgling was slight and went away after a few minutes all on its own. So this thing is working much better now. Refilled and it continues to vape great.

Edit: VapingTurtle and rdsok: Took the tip off and tested for splattering and there is absolutely none. So, Turtle I'm thinking you were right about the water in the 100% VG juice. I'll know for sure when I get more 100% VG.

I got a purple and black one yesterday, filled it with strawberry whipped and vaped away. Left the tank upright overnight, no leaks Finished the juice in there today and refilled, but I switched out the drip tip for one of my own.........no problems with that either. I think any tip with a snug fit will work just fine in these. So...no dry hits, no leaks, overall a great vape

Just received mine today, loaded it with Flux Vanilla Scream. I am getting stiff draws, and aburnt taste if I go over 4.5v. I pulled out one wick (I think I did it right) and it didnt seam to change it much. Any suggestions?

This thing looks great on the eVic, cant wait to get my black casing in

4.5v seems a little high to me .. for me one juice starts to taste burnt over 3.5v ..and another over 4.0v

btw the reason for the stiff draws, there isn't a center hole in the positive connector like most other devices, just the two air holes in the negative (threaded) part .. just take a softer longer draw and you'll get used to it.

I'm still getting stiff draws, maybe its the liquid? On my 2.2ohm I pulled out 2 white stands (guessing thats the wick?) and its gurgled like crazy, and I ended up eating liquid. I installed the 2.4ohm and pulled out one white strand again and its still stiff. 3.6v-4.0v seems to be good, anything less then that and its really stiff. Any ideas? I feel like im doing something wrong lol

Adding or removing wick strands will not change what type of draw you are getting. That is determined by the airholes in the device and how well whatever you have it attached to is allowing air to pass. Try not screwing it down too tight and see if that make a difference. In fact take a draw with it off the battery to see if that changes the feel.

I have no idea what I am doing wrong... I hate to be that noob that complains :/

But this thing is gurgling like crazy, and im eating/waisting a ton of e-juice. Ive tried one wick removed, two wicks removed or no wicks removed, it seems to all be the same. I'm on my second kind of e-juice and still no better. Maybe a defective unit somehow? Or am I doing something wrong?

The only reason to even remove a wick is if your e-liquid is thick and the coil isn't getting any ... by removing the wicks, you've allowed it to over-wick which leads to it gurgling.

Ive been noticing mine getting better over the course of the day, my e-juice flavors started to come to life

Just found a random but awesome trick that helps with the stiff draw (a little)! When I screw the tank down all the way it covers the air holes and lets less air in, if I unscrew the tank a little bit it would let more air it. The problem with that is the tank would wiggle around a lot and it bugged me. Then I remembered the eVic top ring, and used it as a locking washer, basically.

The tank not screwed down (notice the eVic top ring is flush against the control head)



If you screw the eVic top cap up and "lock" it with the bottom of your tank then it hold its perfectly (notice the tiny gap between the eVic top cap and the control head)



In both pictures the tank it in the exact same position, with the top cap you can make up that gap, and since it has 4 air holes there isnt any restriction
