Hi everyone, My name's Mike and I'm fairly new to vaping. I live near Byron Bay in Australia. I've started out using Green smoke e-cigs with 18mg and they are ok, but I am looking for a lot more flavour and also a WARMER stronger throat hit. There is no heat with the vapour and it definately affects the pleasure of inhaling. I've cut down my smoking to about one or two cigs a day, which is a big difference and I'm feeling healthier and if I can get a better experience from vaping I'm sure I will go off them all together. I wish someone would bring out an e-juice that contains some of the other alkaloids found in tobacco. That would improve the experience a lot I think. I ordered a screwdriver with tank conversion a few days ago, hopefully that wil get me going on the right track...

Although I have no experience with Green Smoke, I can tell you if you want a hotter vapor, you can start with going with a 510 style model e-cig or an eGo style with a Low Resistance Atty. Or, you can just take the plunge and buy a higher voltage unit. There's plenty of reviews on the forum for you to check out, and a huge community of people willing to help.

I've seen and tried other models before and thought to myself: who are you trying to fool, but when I first hit the eGo I discovered a whole new happy place!

Great choice with a screwdriver. I think you are on the right track, you should try Boge LR cartomizer or dual-coil 1.5ohm cartomizer with your screwdriver. They're excellent. Less tinkering & more vaping time. I think you will love them as I do.

The screwdriver that I ordered (which hasn't arrived yet) comes with a tornado tank. I think it's a 510 connection? Would that be a similar vape to a regular 510?

Yeah I've heard the Egos are good. I'll try my screwdriver first and see how that goes.

I've been completely content with 3.7v for a while, though it would be nice to have a vv unit to get a lil more life out of my atties just up the voltage when they start dying out.

The biggest downside of low res atties though is the lifetime of them. I've found a lot of satisfaction with low res boge 510 cartomizers. Only recently got into cartos, key is keeping them wet and the flavor is almost as good as dripping. A lot less fuss for beginners too - a couple ppl I've helped start vaping have had good success with them. $20 bux for 15 of em at crystal clear vaping. Saved me money on buying unreliable atomizers, more money for juice.

U can also pick 2 boxes low res one box regular or the other way around. The free drip tip is a nice bonus in there.

Also got dual coil 1.5 ohm cartos ftom another vendor and they were really good, but didn't last long. Idk if its bc of the quality of that particular brand or not - first time trying them.

I agree that having liquid with the WTA intact would make a nice difference. A few on the forum were lucky enough to be part of an experiment a while back with some that was made by a member with a chemistry background and were amazed at how well it worked. We can only hoping we see some new lab made WTA liquids coming out this year (though, I'm sure they'll be quite expensive).

Have you tried Snus or Snuff? It can be a nice addition to vaping and give you some of the alkaloids. You can find a forum dedicated to discussion of smokeless options here: Smokeless tobacco

Only boge cartos I've seen are 510, a 901-510 adapter would be a good investment since with 510 u have a wide range of choices.

Hi Helen, thanx for your post. As far as snus/snuff goes; no I haven't tried it, but it might be a nice compliment to vaping for me until the WTA liquids come along. I'm in Australia and I'm not sure if snus is legal over here - I'll have to check - I'm pretty I'd have to get it from overseas though, no one uses it here. Our government is such a nanny, it's so frustrating sometimes. We get treated like children. They're happy to rake in the dosh from analogs though... *Post edit* After having a look I discovered that it is legal to import for personal use but it is heavily taxed : ( guess that's why no one uses it over here

Just had a look on the Crystal Clear Vaping site and they don't ship here. Bummer. Does anyone know a supplier of Boge LR 510 atomisers that ships world-wide?

Mike, post in the Australia Forum Perhaps some of those who use Snuff and Snus and the Boge LR 510s can give you some ideas about availability and getting it in at a reasonable rate (as well as having some of your own countrymen/women to chat with)?
