"Intuitive" Mods?

Hello. I'm sure it's quite obvious that I am a newbie.

I have read about the Provari mod and that it 'senses' the tank and coil and will set an appropriate starting point with voltage and wattage, our at east suggest it.

So that is great, but my uhm, budget will not allow a $200+ expenditure for a mod.

That being said, is there a cheaper mod that will at least suggest a starting point for a given tank/coil setup?

Thank you for your interest in reading this. I look forward to your feedback.

I own a number of ProVari's. Yes, it will measure the resistance of the coil. No, it does not set or suggest a starting point.

I'm glad. Just in my immediate family there are 3 vapers. Each of us vapes in a different wattage range. So something that set or suggested a starting point would be way off the mark 2 out of 3 times just in my family.

With any Variable voltage/wattage mod, it's simply a matter of starting low and bumping up until you get the vape you want. No reason for the mod to get it wrong and easy as pressing a button to get exactly what you want. While George Jetson complained about pressing a button 5 times during the course of a work day, I doubt a non-cartoon character could complain about a few button presses to get a great vape.
