Invalid gift certificates

VERY frustrated here...I have two 5.00 ones that were emailed to me,tried to use them with and order,and the website tells me they are invalid when I try to redeem them. Followed the instructions for redeeming them, got the emails,when I try to use them under coupon code, they say they are invalid. When I check under my account it tells me the same thing. Can anyone help me out? I wanna order another roughstack and ten bucks off would be great.

Could you be putting in the order# instead of the actual code? It seems pretty obvious but I made that mistake the first time that I tried to use a gift certificate.

The codes start with GC then some numbers.. is that the number you are using?

yes...typed them off the email that was sent. both the checkout and when I check my account status says they are invalid butthey're listed...followed instructions to redeem to the letter,then it generated an invoice to ship like I was buying something.

yes..copied em out of email and fed them in n it said invalid. I checked account n it said they were invalid too. I just want another roughstack...you only have 20 left...
