So I'm seriously toying with the idea of ordering 500ml of Wakonda. It's pushing way over my budget (I think most of us are familiar with this dilemma) but on the plus side I'll be forced to be very careful with spending the next 2 weeks, and I'll have a HUUUGE supply of my favorite juice on hand.

My main issue is this...still new to vaping, no idea what kind of nic level I'll want in a few months or close to a year's time. It will likely last me a year or so, guessing, as I use so many other flavors too. Right now my main go to is 18mg all the way. But with the possibility of better equipment or my tolerance lessening to nicotine for some reason it's a tough call.

I doubt I'd want as low as 6, so it's really between 12 and 18. So...for you long term vapers, have any advice?

Go for the 12. If you have some 18 laying around you can mix 50-50 and get it to 15. If you want to go down you can mix it with some 6 and get 9. I spent 4 months on 18, mostly that long because of my 2 month stint in Singapore and not knowing when I would be able to vape. I'm on 12 now and starting to work my way down to 6. The jump from 18 to 12 is fairly easy as 12 is 67% of 18, the jump down to 6 is tougher as 6 is 50% of 12.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I may go for 12 as I have plenty of 18 for now and could switch over soon and save 50ml or so of 18mg to mix if needed. And assuming Wakonda lands on the list then I can get 6 or NZ in the future to mix. Honestly the only concern I have is with better equipment and tolerance decreases; I'm not really trying to ween off nicotine to be honest. If it happens, that's awesome though. But nic isn't a concern of mine--it was all the other garbage in cigs and the way they made me feel.

If you're on a budget, get less. Wakonda has already been slated to be permanent, so it's not going to go anywhere. That way you can adjust if you want.

I'm still nervous about it though...it seems Clark loves Wakonda and has hinted at permanancy but with so many great flavors to choose from I'm nervous...and there's something magical about the sight and sound of a 500ml bottle, oh man...

I understand. Even with Clark telling me on the phone that GCD isn't going anywhere, not to worry, I still hoard it. Go for 12 in a 500ml bottle but maybe not right now? Save up for it some and maybe try 12 in a 50ml bottle first?

Glad I'm not the only one thinking about this haha. You guys are right though, it's probably gonna be around. I find it curious to be honest the SR is even still available. I know people have hit Wakonda hard. Maybe he's already pumping more out?

I'll wait until next pay period and maybe try some 12 in a smaller bottle. Thanks for the advice guys. In a couple of weeks I'll get 500ml bottle and sleep with that sucker at night!

Spend the money on a REO instead. You'll rethink the 18mg, save a little money, and all your juice will be better. It's a Pareto optimal solution.

I can believe that in terms of the work space but maybe more of my concern now that I'm thinking of it is regulated vs unregulated mod. I'm pretty safe with my MVP at the moment. I'd probably blow up the camp with a REO

I had the same concerns with getting a reo as it sounds you are. But, as long as you aren't pushing the limits doing some crazy sub ohm coil then you are fine. My best investment in vaping that I ever made was buying a reo.

For someone new to building coils, I agree, a Reo is soooo much easier than a PT coil. I decided if I could do those PT coils right, I can do any of them.

If you're looking at dollars and (common) sense, buy a smaller quantity of Waconda. Personally, I would probably get tired of it before I got down the 500ml and wouldn't want to sock myself in to a higher nic level early on. I'd probably buy equal amounts of 12 and NZ. I know when I do get tired of it or if it's not continued, Clark will have something else I enjoy just as much! Variety is the spice of life!
